Hello there, My name is Lisa and I am a Registered Massage Therapist, an R.M.T. A declaration I absolutely detest uttering. Don't get me wrong, I am proud of accomplishing this goal in my life. Becoming an RMT is hard work. Literally thousands of hours of schooling, followed by intense provincial board exams and then the waiting period. Will they(the regulatory body) allow me to use those three, beautiful letters behind my name? The excitement of the day you get that letter in the mail---yes, yes, yes I can now sign my communications--Lisa Warren, RMT and then it starts a whole new career and a whole lot of W.T.F.?
